Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Osteopathy seeks to restore the natural rhythmic movement found between the bones of the skull. It does the same for the movements of the sacrum.

The purpose of this is to aid the circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid throughout the central nervous system especially as it relates to preconceptions care and pregnancy. A developing foetus's senses awaken and so learning begins well before birth. Osteopathic treatment for a future mother (and father), can assist in restoring inherent stability, vitality, stillness and peaceful rest: a state of natural health. With this as a foundation, a newborn baby has the best possible start to life.

Reconnective Therapy

Reconnective Therapy restores connections between the energy body and the physical body. When these connections are reestablished, information and energy become available to the dysfunctional areas, and the body can restore itself to proper structure and function. This occurs in the physical body, and in the related emotional and mental structures. This method of treatment is similar to homeopathy in that the cause of the illness or dysfunction is not important. It is only important to restore the energetic connections. This allows every pattern related to the dysfunction to heal. Usually the healing occurs without the reliving of old emotional or physical trauma.

Reiki

Reiki is a form of therapy that uses simple hands-on, no-touch, and visualization techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means “universal life energy” in Japansese, and Reiki practitioners are trained to detect and alleviate problems of energy flow on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Reiki touch therapy is used in much the same way to achieve similar effects that traditional massage therapy is used - to relieve stress and pain, and to improve the symptoms of various health conditions.
